Makoto lives in his older brother's house. A strange man appears while her brother is on a business trip and begins to threaten Sayuri with a knife. Makoto is tied up and unable to move. The crazy man holds a grudge against Sayuri for dumping him in the past. Makoto is forced to participate in the endless thunder, and Makoto's friend joins in to make it 5P. At some point, Sayuri stops resisting and gives herself up to pleasure.
